We will accept returns in the original unopened package within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the return.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow for 5-7 business days, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
Shipping / Returns
When we accept your return, we will then email you the address where you can ship the product. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
