Leah's Mixed Green & Smoked Salmon Salad

Organic mixed greens
Handful of raw walnuts
1 tbsp Hemp seed
1/4 cup organic chopped celery
Sliced wild smoked salmon
1/4 cup blackberries.
1 tbsp Herb & Olive CBD EVOO
1/2 organic lemon
Pinch of salt & pepper
Step 1: Prep the veggies:
Wash and dry the celery and mixed greens.
Step 2: Chop the celery and walnuts
Chop celery into 1/4" pieces. Next, chop the walnuts to your desired size. Put aside for now.
Step 3: Make the dressing
Get a bowl for mixing. Add one tbsp of Herb & Olive CBD EVOO, half of a fresh squeezed lemon (remove seeds) and salt / pepper to taste. Lightly whisk the ingredients together using a fork.
Step 4: Build the salad
Start with the mixed greens and layer all of the other ingredients on top. The last two ingredients should be smoked salmon followed by hemp seeds.
Step 5: Add the dressing
Drizzle the dressing on with a spoon. If you need more dressing, just add more olive oil and lemon!
Chef Note: This is a great recipe that you can easily adapt by adding whatever fresh ingredients you have!
