"Dirty Enough" EVOO Washed Martini

CBD Quantity (per serving): 10-15mg per drink (you can opt out of CBD and use our Organic EVOO instead)

EVOO Vodka Wash

"Dirty Enough" EVOO Washed Martini

  • 2 ounces EVOO-washed vodka

  • 0.75 ounces dry vermouth (preferably Dolin)

  • 5 drops 16.7% saline solution (optional)



Step 1: Combine ingredients

Add roughly one part (by volume) Herb & Olive CBD EVOO or Organic EVOO oil to six parts of your vodka of choice into a glass. 

Step 2: Heat on the stove

Over low heat, whisk the olive oil and vodka mixture vigorously until thoroughly emulsified - should take about two minutes. 

Step 3: Remove from heat and whisk

Remove the mixture from heat and transfer to freezer safe container.  Before freezing, make sure to let the mixture cool to room temperature, whisking occasionally to prevent separation. 

Step 4: Whisk and freeze

When mixture has cooled to room temperature, whisk one final time and place in freezer for approximately eight hours.

Step 1: Remove container from freezer

Using a fork or spoon, remove the separated and frozen olive oil from container.  Discard (or take a bite). 

Step 2: Stir and strain

Stir vodka to melt any frozen portions (should have been minimal) and pour through a fine mesh strainer and funnel into bottle.  Store extras in refrigerator.

Step 3: Stir and strain

Stir for forty-five seconds over cracked ice (less if using ice from the freezer).  Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with martini olives.
